Don't expect good service from this restaurant. I decided to call ahead before going for lunch to inquire if there is a long wait, the person i talked to said there is no wait. So, we went to PF Chang's straight from the BX. When we got to the front desk, we asked for a table for five including two small kids. We were told by the front desk person that he will have to double check for availability of a table even though the restaurant is not even 1/4 occupied. We had to wait 10 minutes to get a table. And again, there was barely any people dining in. After seating on our table, the servers totally forgot about us and we waited for 15 minutes before anybody even asked us for our order, even though our table is along the main hallway. It is now 13:00 and my family is hungry. Now, it is 13:20 and our appetizer was served. The main dish was serve around 13:25. This is our second time dining in here, and probably the last.

The food's great, but I have to say they take a little long to deliver the food and are usually understaffed. I really recommend getting the honey chicken, and ordering a bowl of fried rice with shrimp with it! Also, I haven't tried any of the deserts yet but they seem really good! :

Burnt oil was the number 1 flavour in the shrimp. Ribs were edible but everything else will become the puppies dinner. Save your money and go get a microwave chinese dinner, you will be more satisfied.

Frozen food (much more noticeable with COVID slowdown). My last meal tasted and had texture of freezer burn. Very expensive for quality of food and they push for large tips.
