Perkins Bakery - Reservar uma mesa

Our waitress Jennifer was very busy but completely ignored us did not ask us if we wanted a refill of pop or anything. We asked her for boxes for our food she forgot all about us then continued to help and have conversations with other customers. When I was out of patients to get her attention I said hey can we get our boxes. She got all huffy. Came out with our boxes. Said to me my name is Jennifer you can call me Jennifer instead of Hey… well if I would have known her name if she would have had any time to come to our table and do her job I may have been able to see her name tag.. She was rude to me, we go to that Perkins all the time. This the first time I have ever been treated badly.

Worst experience at Perkins. The bacon was so thin you could almost see through it. We each ordered 2 slices bacon and each received one and a half.The English muffin was doughy and not good, possibly the worst I've ever had.There's a line somewhere between businesslike and brusque. The greeter crossed it.Service is more than just taking orders and delivering food the waitress needs to learn this.The atmosphere score was reduced from the normal 4 that Perkins would get because the music choice was designed to irritate as much as possible.

We order for 4 people for carryout. The food is great, but everytime we order to go, there's something missing and we have to drive all the back to pick up missing item(s). This isn't an occasionally missed item, it's 100 percent of time we order to go. We love the food, but there needs to be some type of quality check system if we are going to continue to order here.
