Actually, we had given 4 stars. Star 1: We were kindly greeted and pointed out to our note that we had actually booked in Maddox, but because of water damage our reservation was explained to us that there was an excuse because the Maddox is overbooked.Stern 2: Very quiet room “from party noise you hardly got anything with”Stern 3: room was appropriate big and clean.Stern 4: There was a balcony and the room was modern furnished with flat TV Even when we were headed to the room, there was no mouth/nose protection worn.Department 4: When we came back in the evening at about 8 p.m. to the pension there were about 30 young people who were on the party but still without mouth/nose protection and minimum distance.Department 5: In the booking documents “Departure between 7 and 10 p.m.” at 7:20 we wanted to leave, but could not reach an open reception or bell or telephone. Only after about 35 minutes the door was opened very unfriendly and pointed out to my note that it is in the booking documents we were very bark pointed out that this was not the weekend.
