Pensby Kebab House

We ordered our food online,easily done. The order arrived about 30 mins longer than we were told. Driver handed the food over in a “non interactive” manner. The bag seemed light, so i asked if there was a bottle of Pepsi in with the order(which we ordered) his reply was “probably” as he was walking away. I inspected the contents of the bag straight away,and……no Pepsi! I tried to contact them regarding the issue,but to no avail. I sent several messages asking them to resolve the issue,and as of today,I’ve still heard nothing. Unacceptable customer service. Will never deal with this venue again. Several people have also had the same issue. Think twice before you order. Oh,and the food was lukewarm and average.

Was great not now. Ordered food on the website would not allow order after 2320. Once paid came up with pit was closed and our booking was going to be booked when opened. Rung and they jad our order. I aske for a 2330 delivery as at pub it was 2240). Got a call just before 2315 to tell me food was outside home. I was like ok let's make the best of this. Can you drop it to the pub 1 minute drive away. We were leaving to walk home. Could find it, tried to ring the mobile phone went to answer machine, tried the shop to get engaged. Trying to understand rushed home no food Went up £20 out of pocket no food and unable to contact anybody Long term customer lost! Lo9k at claiming back cash now .

Used this place before and in the past it's been ok but decided to have order delivered.For a start it was 15 minutes past delivery time selected,the chips were cold and soggy the onion rings were the same and the doner kebab meat was tasteless,the only thing that was decent was the chilli sauce.Won't be using this place again I'll try somewhere else.

The food is always good, the ingredients are clearly fresh and higher quality than most kebab shops and the guys are always friendly, they do get very busy sometimes so wait times for delivery is understandable, if you go in to the shop the service is always quick and the food is perfect, don't really understand some of the other reviews.

Ordered pizza, chicken kebab, popcorn chicken and chips with salad and dips. The food was exceptional, quality chicken kebab, the salad was out of this world. Staff fabulous and friendly.
