Patisserie Chez Eric

As we experienced the successor named Chez Collette we ordered, and happily payed without any bite from that what was served. As we obey the rules of tripadvisor we are too polite to write what we got when we received Croque Monsieur and some soft drinks. It was wasted money, yes, but we saw it as an investment in our health and left the "restaurant" on the spot - hungry

Each time I visit Wissembourg, I must bring back some fresh crusty baguettes, delicious croissants to my German Landlord who really likes the "French" bakery style -- The patissserie is excellent. my favorites" Religieuse au Chocolat" Delice aux Framboises, choux a la creme fraiche..

Chez Eric is now located in Hotel Weiss. The food drink and service was excellent. We ate here most evenings as we were staying in the Hotel Weiss. Disite trying other places to eat this was the best restaurant and excellent value for money. I would recommend this place any time.
