Pasta & Via - Reservar uma mesa

I visited the restaurant with my husband on our first evening at Port Grimaud after all day of driving. We were looking forward to have some nice food and this restaurant was recommended to us by our friends as was by our hotel staff. So we came there optimistic. I just to clear something out before I state my opinion on my meal, I love Italian food, I've been to Italy countless times as I come from one of the neighboring countries and I make different kinds of pasta myself at home from scratch. I ordered filled pasta with ricotta cheese and spinach, cooked in a butter sauce with sage. I had to look for the filling. The pasta was just empty. And I got like 6 pieces on a plate. Disappointing! My husband chose penne with truffles and mushrooms. Some pieces os his pasta were overcooked and some undercooked. We also had a plate of salad and each a glass of wine. Costed us 80€. Very disappointing experience. Every Italian would be ashamed eating what we got there that evening.

We had a nice waterside table, great for watching the passers by on the canal. We didn't get off to a brilliant start with five of us being expected to share one menu. When we were unable to order they eventually managed to find some more. Drinks came. Baskets of lovely fresh bread. We needed it to tide us over as the main courses only showed up an hour after we arrived. The food was of a high quality, all the pasta cooked perfectly, but marred by the service which was very friendly but just too slow.

An overpriced pointless dinner that trades on its excellent location. Had my dinner there, it cost plenty for not much and I would have been far better spending half in the supermarket and making my own. Avoid

Authentic italian restaurant with a real italian chef ! No pizza there for you go to pizzeria Don Peppe. The very finest pasta's and risotto's, a place to go over and over again. I lovit ❤️

My family and I stayed here for lunch one day, the meals were very nice indeed and the price about right. Also one can sit near the water which has lots of yachts to look at.
