Parkside Grille In Chagr

I was completely shocked not to see the owners I been knowing for quite awhile now working in this location. I learned they are now at a new store in Mayfield. Learning that I still patronized this location and found out they don’t do the wrap I usually get with chicken, bacon, and ranch and I still tried without the bacon. It wasn’t prepared like usual by being pressed with the panini maker and instead it was room temperature not hot and I feel like I wasted what I had taste for and wasn’t happy about it. I will say the owners now were pleasant and found out it’s still a family business but it’s not the same. Customer service was great and they were friendly so not all bad there just didn’t get the original taste I’m accustom to.

I’m heartbroken. A childhood favorite spot that was left by previous owners and had a menu overhaul. Removed a variety of wraps, including their best (bacon chicken ranch and bacon cheddar burger wrap) as well as changed the fries to be exponentially worse. I really hope it goes back to what it used to be, otherwise I don’t see them staying open for long RIP Parkside

One of the best restaurants in this area. Very friendly staff and delicious food. I highly recommend this place to anyone

I love this place and I love the owners. We always get wraps and fries. Delicious takeaway, eat in a park.
