Papa Johns - Reservar uma mesa

Have an issue ordering from here probably 4/5 times I order. You'd think I'd learn. This time it was ordering NO CONTACT delivery in which the driver told me I had to sign the receipt and would not just drop the food off.... like they're supposed to. This the first time this has ever happened. Called the store and they said they wouldn't do anything for me. No compensation, no credit, no resolve at all. THEN I ACTUALLY LOOK AT MY FOOD. Burnt garlic knots, cold pizza, and forgot EVERY SAUCE I ORDERED. Pizza not even cut through all the way and looks like a child cut the pizza, and supposed to be NY style, the big slices. No point in calling up there again as I'm sure they won't do anything for it yet again. Such bad customer service! Also started off with a phone call saying they were out of every pop flavor I ordered. Wow. Get it together! Also, no question about it, everything should've been refunded. So Corey, that's what you could do for me instead of making excuses and saying you can't do anything. You're the manager.

First time I ordered delivery it was over an hour late and they came with half of the stuff I asked for. The lady said she’d go back to the store and get the rest of my stuff and she never did. I called the store many times and no one answered. I emailed customer service and all they did was gave me a promo code for a free pizza. I decided to give them another try with delivery since I had the promo code. This time I only ordered TWO things so they wouldn’t have to remember a bunch of items. I got the same delivery girl as last time. Not only did she give me the wrong pizza, it was delivered to the WRONG HOUSE. she’s asked and stated the address the pizza was for and I told her she had the wrong house. I’m not sure how you can mess up the address ESPECIALLY if the house number is ON THE DOOR. It’s not too hard to look up. I’ve never had a problem with other papa Johns locations but this location seems like they can’t do deliveries right. So I’ll be contacting customer service for a full refund.

i put my correct address into the app for delivery, and after taking over an hour to make a single pizza, it was sent to the wrong house several towns away. i called the store, and the worker said it was my fault and the best he could do was a refund. i went to the receipt on the app and read out the correct address, and he still had nothing helpful to say. by that time it was past midnight so we just went to bed hungry.

I love papa john’s. I worked here for a few years when I was in high school. but this filled chest has changed the game. keep the good work people and thank you!
