Papa John's - Reservar uma mesa

Absolutely terrible service. We ordered last night as a birthday treat for my son, after over an hour wait we called to ask if everything was okay to be told they hadn't received our order. We had the proof of purchase, the money had been taken from our account and we offered to send over, or even come down to the store, to show all this but we're told there was nothing they could do. They said we would have to contact customer service for a refund (taking working days to come in) and if we wanted our food we would need to reorder and pay again. So no solution for the issues, just give us more money We were only given an email address for requesting a refund, which we are told we will have to wait up to days for a response. So not only did my son and other children not get his birthday treat (and also had to have an emergency late dinner) we are also down the money for the order for up to working days while we wait for contact and a refund. We were repeatedly told there was nothing they could do as if we hadn't just paid for the order and they didn't have the ingredients right there to make the food which we had paid for I phoned again to ask if there was a contact number for customer service as I feel the whole experience was completely unacceptable and the very rude staff were quick to tell me that there was no number, there was nothing they could do and I would just have to wait the days This is not the first time we have had issues with delivery and service from Papa Johns, but the staff had always been great before and the pizza was good so we felt like we could justify going back, but it will definitely be the last issue we have with them as I would never order from them again. The customer service was (and continues to be) awful.

Placed and order and the food showed up and mins later stone cold Not only that but the pizza was probably the most thinly topped I have ever had from any takeaway ever This happened not long after they arrived in Dundee and we stopped ordering from them but then someone told us they had upped their game under new management and it was great and now their standards seem to be dropping again Whoever owns this place need to be more careful of who they have running it because it seems from recent reviews that it will become unpopular again very quickly…

I actually love papa johns pizza, i think they are so delicious and every time i order one I love it

Be aware of if u order online to deliver might you end up pickup .. and end up with cold pizza
