Papa Gino's - Reservar uma mesa

Absolute horrible customer service. We ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks and when they delivered it they said they forgot them. So we called in Asking for the mozzarella sticks and they said they are to busy their not coming out. We told them that isbad business even though they credited it back to us but we should get what we ordered. They could send somebody out on the nexttrip since we also live on Putnam pike. They hung up on me mid sentence after arguing with me over the phone and wouldn?t listenand talking over me. I will never order from them again!!!

Did an online order. Pizza was ok. I ordered chicken tenders with honey mustard that didn?t get delivered. I called the store and they realized they forgot them. An hour and a 1/2 later and still never received after the store employee said they werecoming out with it. So, you got my $10 for the tenders, but you?ve lost my business for poor customer service. My money ismore welcome elsewhere.

I haven't been through it Papa Gino's since the old Papa Gino's in Lincoln Mall back in the 70s the pizza was as good as that I'm very surprised that no one came to ? if everything was all right even when we left not a thank you well goodbye I haven'tbeen to one since 1980 customer service could use improvement I'm in the same field

My recent experience at Papa Gino?s was amazing, Gio treated me and my family with nothing but kindness and respect and made me us feel welcome for our first visit to Papa Gino?s. (Not to mention the pizza tasted delicious???? will definitely be backagain ????!!

Employee Kerry is outstanding always makes sure everything is complete and correct. Nothing but good things need more employees like him. Young kid and already has the work grind mode on.!! Keep it up!!!! 100
