Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

My salad didn’t have all the ingredients it comes with regularly nor was the dressing mixed in. In my experience, how good a Panera Bread is depends on the staff. Unfortunately, this is one of the bad ones. My cookie was rock hard and when I went up to the counter to address my concern with the woman at the register she said that’s how they always come. I worked at Panera Bread for three years and we never made our cookies like this. Nor in the four years since I’ve quit and remained a customer have I received a cookie like this. I cannot express how much I regret spending money here knowing that if I had just picked another Panera my experience would have been so much better.After looking at the other reviews, no one is addressing the problems with the poor staff and customer service. Don’t waste your time at this location

It was not as clean as l have seen it before. I tried the teriyaki chicken bowl. The broccoli was cold, and there was very little meat and not enough gravy. Rice was cold as well. Very dry.Dietary restrictions: They have some foods that are very spicy and peppery. I am allergic to onions and spicy foods. I love the cold green tea!

Remember when this was a nice place? The ordering kiosksnhmedninto the corner, food just left out for other people to take, no cups no napkins. No management and soon no Panera I'm sure. Super expensive for what it is. Still good bread however.
