Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

Tonight?s experience was like every other one at this Panera location?. GREAT! We normally use the drive-thru but this time I needed to use the restroom inside so we ordered online for pickup. The restroom btw was clean, well stocked, and easy to find.Ordering online through the Panera app is always quick and easy. Our favorite menu picks include the Grilled cheese which can becustomized! Any of the offered soups accompanied by their frozen caramel coffee drinks. And their charged lemonades are packedwith caffeine and taste great. Today business was slow when I arrived which allowed for my order to be made in recordtime! Traveling to this Panera is always well worth the drive. Anytime we use the drive thru the staff is polite, helpful, andquick on their feet. Drive-thru?s always help speed along business and this one is no exception. I strongly recommend Panera andthis one too.

I had a $3 gift card, so I ordered my large Madagascar cold brew coffee with light ice (because otherwise it 's gone in 5 sips) online to be picked up inside. When I went inside it was a small, so I said I ordered a large, as she walked away I said Youcould just pour that into a large add more coffee. Maybe she didn 't hear me, but it came out unshaken, so I know they remadeit, as you can see in the picture it 's clearly not light ice. I 'll give 3 stars because the flavor was good, the restaurant wasclean, they were nice. I could have asked them to fix it, again, but the sign says If your order is wrong we 'll give you afree treat. I don 't want a free treat, I want my drink made the way I order it... not to feel like I 'm complaining in order toget something for free. If you check my other reviews you 'll see I usually say positive things. Thank you.

Why do they have to be unpleasant on a Monday morning. Ordered a cold brew and instead of saying ok, she had emphasize a FROZEN cold brew? Seriously? Do you HAVE ANOTHER COLD BREW? the rest of the week the other lady is nice and friendly, but to start aMonday with attitude is a poor choice for customers. Especially with a Starbuck right next door

I order here very frequently. I like their food. The service needs a lot of improvement. I order a sandwich with no lettuce, a salad with extra dressing and also ask for utensils. This was a pickup order. They did not take out the lettuce, no utensils andno extra dressing for the salad. This is happening over and over.

Friendly , they didn 't chop up my salad I know it 's a pain. And people really do Suck . And the amount of chicken was very sad . But I guess we should all just get used to having nothing and pay lots of money for Nothing .
