Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

This place needs help. I think you're shorthanded on my visit. The staff that prepares the food behind the pick-up counter must be overworked because they usually seem disturbed when you ask for something. If you have a problem with your order, it is not an easy task to find someone to correct it. The food is usually good, but the price it guarantees for a decent lunch is that enough staff available to you a coffee cup or some napkins. I'm sorry if I sound hard, but it's at least the last six visits I felt so that I felt compelled to share and hope management makes improvements. I am pleased to change this assessment when this happens.

Wikipedia is called Panera Bread: Bakery Café Fast Café-Restaurants. In simple words, this is a self-service café restaurant. They offer an experience more than Starbucks, but less than a fully equipped restaurant. The menu includes baked goods, hot and cold drinks and a variety of simple menus. There's plenty of room to sit down. This shopping centre offers free parking. The lower line: If you are looking for a very casual place to eat something and a good coffee, Panera Bread is a great place to try.

not only my order was 20 minutes too late, but the staff was less than friendly. my name fell out of the board, and I asked it bc I had not yet my order, they told me to wait until I was called. even if I reached my goal and looked into the bag, I got that. this franchise is terrible, has completely changed my mind about panera.

This is the only Panera I've been to with a conference room! The room was closed to the public today while someone was working inside. They have kiosks, but if you have a drink membership you still need to go to the register since there are no cups by the kiosk. It was very busy, probably the busiest one I've been to.

Indoor dining starts at 11am so we waited a while, like 40min, since we didn't want to eat in the car. Food was good, service was ok just seemed a little slow.
