"I'm not eating at Panera Bread anymore. They used to be one of my favorite places, but a few years ago they changed their menu and got rid of my favorite items like the turkey artichoke panini. The reason I gave them 5 stars is because of their exquisite customer service. This is the only restaurant you can grab a cup to drink something free as you wait for your food. Who is responsible for training their employees and managers, how to be polite and professional, deserves a kind of reward. I can imagine that they create a very good culture that begins at the highest levels of the company that leads to the cashier. Every single place I visit and ruin keeps this high standard up. Mixed with its beautifully decorated and welcoming dining area makes it the top of the line."
