Meal 1 fast pickup An order placed here and took some delicious food, but they lacked my $4 sink cookie and gave me a bread that was no more than my fingernails as a side. They were so friendly when I presented my confused order and gave me two bread pages (right size) and gave me 2 cookies to replace my kitchen sink cookie. The production team seemed focused on chatting rather than working, which is most likely the cause of the confused order. The service team was wonderful to correct the problem. 7/10 Experience Meal 2 Delivery points She got a delivery order from this place and my meal came hot and fresh with everything I asked. My job was exactly what I paid for. The order came really fast. I recommend ordering the delivery of the Panera app itself, as it is ten times cheaper, then order this through the door. 10/10 Meal 3 fast pick-up Places a fast pick-up order from this place for 5:40 pm. They had put my food ready and on the shelf when I arrived. It was hot and fresh. A tiny bit disappointed that they did not follow my instructions on the drink I ordered (4 dollars) but all and all a good experience. 8/10 Meal 4: I ordered two bagels, a cookie and a $6 smoothie. They didn't even give me my smoothie. It seems to be a problem with the driver, but the person on the phone at discra has not apologised or sound respectful or care at all. She said, "It should go out.. Now you will be refunded the next day. Bye.” Panera is simply too expensive to have so almost any order.

My relative went to this location during breakfast on 9/3/22. She went through the drive thru, and the worker forgot to give her back her debit card. My relative realized that she did not have her card about 5 minutes later and called the store. The phonerang for quite a while, when a worker named Amy answered, my relative needed a second to finish something. Amy hung up on herwith no explanation. My relative went back to the store, and went through the drive thru. She asked at the speaker box to speakto a manager. A woman, who said she was the manager came to the food window. She did not state her name. She told my relativethat she was a Karen, and that the employee was not at fault for hanging up. She also stated that it was my relative's mistakefor leaving her debit card. My relative did not want any thing for free just want to inform the manager that she had a badexperience on the phone and wanted her card and an apology. She told the manager that, but this person called her a Karen again,and when she did, the employees behind her all laughed. My relative was treated with unbelievable disrespect. I would neverrecommend eating at this establishment. Please, go to another.

I ordered a bowl of soup to dine in. I received it to go. I poured it in my friends empty soup bowl and it didnt even come up half way. I Paid almost 8.00. Will never ever go back. Way too expensive and the food isnt that great.

I have had better food there but this time my bread was a little too hard. Person at register did not even look at me or ask any questions about what I was ordering. Didn't even ask for my rewards number.

Panera is beautiful and cozy. They don't care that you're here for hours when you study or have a meeting. Soup and sandwiches are delicious.
