Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

I waited for 5 minutes at the cash register to place my order. I then called and no one answered the phone. A young lady making sandwiches finally saw me, apologized, and found the cashier. She was nice but this store did not come off as customer focused. The manager/asst manager entered the store after I ordered and did not say hello. Another young lady brushed by me while I was waiting for food and didn’t acknowledge my presence.

Food was great. Staff was great.I sat at table 58. Set my phone down and an NFC notification popped up ??I looked under the table and saw several instances of metalized tape under the table with thin bulges.... Not good.I addressed this with the manager.

Terrible, dirty, the food was bad. Over priced food, staff was rude, will never set foot in this food chain again. They seemed to have gone down hill. I have been to several of these restaurants and they all seem to get worse.

I walked in and ordered a sandwich. 25 minutes later I still did not have my togo sandwich. I went to the manager and she had no customer service and just gave me my money. Im still hungry and just wasted my time.

very pleasant and a variety of Delicious Healthy food. Soups, Salads, Pizza, Smoothies, Fresh PastryVegetarian options: Chicken soup for my teens also available and Strawberry Banana smoothie
