Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

I put a delivery order. a very simple order. when I received my order, I had no utensil as indicated, and the bowl of the suppe I ordered was not full and it had not the additional pumpkin seeds I had an additional price for. I don't know if the order was made intentionally or if my suppe was eaten with the spoon that wasn't in the bag. it wasn't even hot and the load is just .5miles away. I'm hungry and disappointed. I called the load several times from different phones and they didn't answer the phone. very poor service. I would have gone up there inconveniently, but they did not answer the phone and it was 7 minutes before closing. I am very disappointed and angry.

Panera always was a little pricey but you use to walk away from a lunch or dinner with a satisfied feeling that you spent your money well. Now you walk away feeling ripped off. I picked two and received a two swallow bowl of broth with 3 noodles, one piece of chicken and one carrot. Yes I counted. The sandwich was 3 bites and they charge over $10?! Panera is not worth it! They need to rethink what they offer to their customers. I do not mind paying for a meal but not a meal that leaves not only my pocketbook empty but my stomach as well!

this panera is quite dirty forks on the floor food in which there are actually sitting rough and I ordered a i and cheese sandwich she gave it to me with speck and when I brought it up again she took the speck out and again heated a price of brot serious ok what about a cache called food allergies or people who don't eat dick it will be as rude and if complaining they can look

had 0 given if there was an option! unapologetic rude staff, especially very young and intellectually challenged young who is too young to be so crisp .. and a manager who seems to care more about their next free meal than a customer service. very unprofessional!

why do they take tips in front when people do not know what kind of customer service and eat them will experience? in the last 10 visitors found the utensils at least 3 times dirty.
