Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

We were told there would be a 30 min. wait which we didn 't mind. We were given a pager to let us know when it was ready. After 45 minutes we went up to find out where our order was. (The pager never went off! We were handed a COLD bowl of soup which we refused so they put warm soup in it but the bread was hard and cold. We were given a lame sorry and a cookie as an apology.

The team members at the store are amazing! Tracy not only handled a shortage of supplies and food, but also helped me when my food delivery order did not arrive. I was so impressed by how kind she was, but also how she went above and beyond while also dealing with the dinner rush and not having enough stock. Casey Winchester

I am giving it 3 stars because only half of the grilled Mac cheese was grilled. The other side wasn't cooked at all. We received an extra sandwich we didn't order and received the wrong salad in the family feast dinner special. Albeit, the other food was tasty and the soup was amazing.

The first time here and the second time the woman. Very pleasant atmosphere inside!!! Had pulled some teeth so that this was the place to go. Food was amazing and ready for us in a few minutes. Would definitely return!!

Clean, fast and friendly. Panera generally does not disappoint. The staff was very high and helpful.
