Are there proper food safety procedures and training in place in Livermore and Panda Express?! How about foodborne illness? Hepatitis?! I witnessed an incident that showed a total disregard of hygiene and public health at this Panda Express: an employee working behind the glass shield (the only person who scooped the items for customers), despite the long queue, took her friends ' leftovers and used the tongs in the big pot of noodles to scrape off the leftover sauce and half-eaten noodles to a trash can. Then she used the same tongs to take more fresh noodles from the big pot and replenish new fresh noodles into the leftover/used boxes. She then continued to serve customers using the same tongs and noodles that touched customers ' used plates and leftovers. I called her out and she denied and lied. Tried to talk to a supervisor and was told none at the store .
