I drive my 1 star on my experience 8 23. we moved up to thru to drive, we were asked if they could give us a minute when we said we were ready, the hired said it was sorry that we were not open to drive, they put cone closing thru after we were welcomed that this was 5pm. we said where we were just greeting, what do you mean? she said you closed, you have to come in if you want. we didn't think this was very rude unnecessary. this is closest to our house, but with the service these experiences we are better not going. management should not be in order.

First of all the reviews don't lie. Went and ordered a bowl half Fried rice half chow Mein, and shrimp for the entree. Come to find out when I get home I got 3 mf cream cheese rangoons as the entree of the bowl. I clearly told asked the drive thru person for shrimp as the entree and even repeated it TWICE. I have no idea how shrimp and cream cheese rangoons sound the same at all. What a joke lol but I took the L for not checking the food before driving off. Not to mention when I got home and checked the cream cheese rangoons they were burnt to ****.

Delicious as usual? I ordered half-pommes of rice, another half of Lo mine. Honey walnut shrimp, beef and broccoli, Teriyaki chicken? everything was perfect. They forgot my chicken teriyaki, but I went black. They repaired my order immediately without delay. I really appreciate that. I went home. The fresh juice was delicious? my hubby and I had the peach and watermelon

Worst customer service. Opens at 10 am nothing on the food line is ready. Workers don’t Acknowledge that you’re standing there waiting for someone to take the order whether there’s food on the line or not at least let us know what’s going on. Food should be ready before those doors open up. I Don’t recommend this location at all bad customer service!

Honestly the worst! I asked for chow mein and got absolutely nothing but veggies, I asked for a raspberry tea and got iced water. Orange chicken was super soggy! THE WORST!!!
