Pajares Salinas

This is definitely the best restaurant in Bogota, also, the most expensive. The food at this restaurant is great and is present flawlessly. The attention at this place is very good as well. This place is perfect for special occasions. I recommend having the Ossobuco,...the Duck in orange sauce and the Catalan cream.

The last time I reviewed Pajares Salinas I gave it 5 stars and labeled it:”the beat Spanish restaurant in Bogota”...we’ll, it still is. My Grouper was extraordinary!!! One recommendation: improve the quality of the “jamón ibérico”...it had too much grease!!! Otherwise, still 5 stars!!!

We were just walking around and found this place, which is pretty epic. Very tratidional Spanish, sort of old school cool. We only had a few apps but they were delicious. We tried to book for dinner but they were booked away. It is rather...a fancy spot, more so for an elegant outing.

We had a reservation that was confirmed for over a month and the restaurant wasn’t even open. We didn’t know until we showed up at the restaurant. horrible experience and completely unprofessional

One of the best restaurants in Bogota. Great menu, wine list and service. Hope they bring the Volcan de Arequipe back to the menu, it was the best dessert.
