Outback Steakhouse - Hampton

My old review is some time ago. I'm sorry I have to do such a bad test. We're here for our 25th anniversary. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. Then we knew what we wanted so that she took our drink order and a starter. When they brought our drinks, we ordered our food. 20 minutes later someone takes our appetizer, it was awfully boiled over and so greasy we couldn't eat it. Still no server had to take someone. Now we've been at 45 minutes since we put our food. No salads or soup. No refills no server nothing. The worst thing was that there were only 2 other tables that complained about their service. The table behind us wore Pyjama's floor. Had to get a manager at this point to get food. While the whole staff at the Hostess desk was playing on their phones. When we got our salads, the salad was terrible, it was warm and soggy as it was sitting outside for a while. I asked for the food, please don't sit under a warmer. But obviously they let it sit while we had soup, which was the only thing that was good. When the food came out, it was obvious that it was under the heat lamp for a while the baking potato was so crispy and the butter melted over the plate. I couldn't cut the file with a knife. The shrimps were rubber. The manager took off the appetizers and wanted to give us a free dessert. But until now we've been there for 2 1/2 hours. We wanted to go to let our daughter pick up a dessert to go home and go for food after a payment of $103.00. Sausage service always and terrible food and don't worry about anyone. We won't be back. I'll leave my previous review so you can see that I'm not just trying to complain about nothing. Things are expensive enough so I won't waste my time and money to go to a place that doesn't care. Had a great meal at Outback. The bread was so warm. The French onion soup was the best. The steaks were so tender and cook for perfection. Our server Nathan was the best. He kept the drinks filled and brought us more bread. The pace of meal was great when we were done with one thing he had the next course. Will be back soon.

A quick lunch during the trip stopped and had a few car problems. The manager (Matt) and the server (Troy) ensured that our lunch was relaxed and delicious. As always the grilled shrimp was very tasty, and the strawberry kiwi drink smooth and satisfying. Thank you for having a good time against the disappointing time when it started.

Our server Jasmine was great! She took her time and apologized when our food came out so slow The food was good except the house salad.

2.5 stars Service was very basic There was no friendly behavior/exchange.it was simply, "What would you like.

I really have to stop tipping prior to being serviced.
