Original Max's - Reservar uma mesa

Me and a friend were staying in Burlingame for the week and we frequented Max’s several times. We discovered the Happy Hour menu a few days in and this was a fantastic option. Smaller offerings for a great price and still offering the full-menu flavor. The Fajitas were our favorite, but everything was well prepared. Friendly staff and excellent service. Reminded me of my small town-hometown feel where everyone knows your name. Shoutout to James, Fernando, and Alan who treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I lived in the SF bay area for a very long time and used to love to go to the various “Max’s” restaurant in SF. I’ve been to the Burlingame location quite a few times and always enjoyed it. I decided to give it another try when I stayed at the nearby Hyatt Regency on a recent business trip and ordered the wonderful Cobb salad with Turkey. Still very good service and food. I know I’ll be going back during my next visit to SF! The salad was large enough to save about half and have it for lunch the next day!

This place is amazing. Great food and ambiance and our waitress, Nicole was the best. This place has history as it has been operating since 1978. Very convenient location as it was just steps away from our hotel, Holiday Inn Express. I absolutely recommend this place to dine in,dine out, or just have a drink and a friendly smile

Came in just for desert one day. The brownie with a scoop of ice cream was so delicious. I definitely recommend trying this place. This is definitely somewhere the locals come frequently by what I saw.

Food was good and mojito as well but bit pricy. Little bit of wait for both getting seated and food coming though it was worth trying.
