Olga's Kitchen - Reservar uma mesa

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I've been to this location several times now and it's been disappointing every time, so much so that I feel the need to warn others off. The food was fine, though it did take significantly longer than expected. The server did not come to check on us once to refill our drinks, messed up our order three times, and then messed up our check twice, even after we politely explained that we'd been overcharged for items not ordered and items ordered that we never received. The manager was aware and did not check in with us to resolve the issue even once. If they were busy or understaffed, we would have understood, but we were one of two tables when these issues arose. If this was a one-off instance, I wouldn't even be writing this. But unfortunately, this Olga's really needs a lot of work before it's worth visiting again.
