Absolutely lovely ambiance, staff very friendly. We ordered two fish and chips and the third party wanted to mix and match with squid of one menu added to chips on to the other menu with mixed trimmings. Absolutely no problem. I highly recommend this quaint country pub. Arthur York Vegetarian options: We didn't order vegetarian but noticed there were options on the menu Parking: On site, right next door to the pub Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to be very welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doorways no steps. Toilets might be a problem.

We stopped off on route to Gloucestershire, needed a light lunch and a drink. Excellent food, quality and good value, beer well kept. Bonus of being dog friendly, with a common behind the car park for a walk with the dog and wife. Young lady looking after us was so friendly and helpful, back again when ever we are passing through. Dietary restrictions: Gluten and lactose intolerant. Recommendations were good. Food: 5
