Old Fashioned Bakery

A semi typical Italian bakery. I got three pastries (a cannoli, cheesecake, and a small 1 blueberry fruit tart) all of which I was really excited to try. The fruit tart was fine (or atleast I hope so as I just ate it like a bite size snack and didn't examine it much). The other two (the cannoli and the cheescake) BOTH had pieces of HAIR IN them. Absolutely disgusting. After finding hair in the cannoli, I figured that it was whatever because it's bound to happen SOMETIMES. However I also found TWO pieces of hair inside the little cheescake and had to throw both of those pastries away after 1 bite. Not only was there hair on pretty much all of the pastries, but they tasted like they had been in the refrigerator for a long time. I also got an iced coffee which I had to make myself. Normally thats fine but with COVID-19, how do I know who touched the sugar, coffee handle, milk, refrigerator, and creamer. There was a ice scoop IN the cooler where the ice was so the handle of the scoop was touching other ice cubes. Again, how do I know who touched the handle thats touching the ice? All in all would not return. Service was also bad. Felt like I was being judged from the moment I walked in the door. Save yourself and just go to the Dunkin' a block down.

Delicious cookies, pastries and custom cakes. They have some of the best lobster tails and cannoli filled pastries so I decided to order a custom birthday cake which was light yet, decadent and loved by all. Amazing customer service and dedication to their work. Thank you, you're my go-to For cakes and I can't wait to be back!

I understand that people are doing their best during this pandemic however the two women that work at this bakery are very nasty! I felt attacked while being helped . I am not coming back. Even if the food is worth it, their attitudes are not.
