Okura Robata Grill And Sushi La Quinta

I recently had the most amazing dinner in Okura in La Quinta! First, the place itself is elegant and reflects the Japanese culture in its design that combines elements from nature: fire, wind, water earth and void. The full bar includes all your favorite spirits, along with the will (natural, and some amazing handmade Martinis. The Geisha Girl was a favorite! Our first course was a yellowtail carpaccio, and OMG, it was perfect. The quality of fish here is wide and above all I had in the desert. (Sidenote: Pokehana has joined the Okura family and offers poke shells with the same quality fish! We were transported! Our 2nd course was a tempura soft peeled crab. The dough was incredibly light and crispy. The crab was bright and fresh. I ate the whole crab flat in 2 minutes! 3. Course was a fillet mignon skewer and the taste!! Wow! The Asian spices and high heat treatment bring everything best on this simple appetizer. The diving sauce was light and not sweet or stuffed. The filet soooo delicate! 4th course was a salmon skin handroll, it was crispy, light, and the salty crack of roe improved the texture and taste of this amazing role. Dessert was served a mini chocolate souffle with ice cream. For all you chocolate fans: this homemade dessert was melt in your mouth delicious!!! I'm coming back to Okura, and often! Whether it's a business meeting or a date, it's the perfect place!

Okura is one of the best places for sushi... For those with great appetite... You don't cheat fish... 37 bucks, all you can eat is worth it... Was never so... Made to order and great appetizers to go with him... I had a sushi bar before. And this place is worth every Buck! And say hello to the best manager ever! Preda, he's one of the managers! Tell him Winston sent you there. The best I say!

Always great service. The servers are always very attentive to ensure a great experience. The quality of food is the best in the valley. Your carpaccio is to die. I highly recommend it.
