O'charley's - Reservar uma mesa

Ya, they have a problem with their TOGO system. The kitchen staff assembling the orders are behind a swinging door, not seeing whose arrived to pickup. Twice happened to me. They were BS 'ing in the back. I opened the door both times and asked for my order which they brought out but the same guy rebuked me for opening the kitchen door to get help. Manager needs to fix this and tell his young men not to EVER chastize the customers looking for service! They need a doorbell at their window with a sign Press for ToGo service that rings on THEIR side of the door. Easy solution. Food was excellent, service, not so much.

We always have great service and excellent food here. Usually not a long wait to be seated. We tried the new Meatball Crostini appetizer and it was very good. Would definitely order again. I had the baby back ribs and buttermilk fried shrimp. The ribs are always fall off the bone perfect. There was a 30 minute wait for baked potatoes so I ordered loaded smashed potatoes instead and was very pleased.

Not the best O'Charley's food that I've had but it wasn't bad. The peaches in my peach cobbler were not cooked all the way through and it felt like they just microwaved it to heat it up because it did not feel hot it just felt warm. The cheese they put in the potato soup wasn't even melted all the way through I just stir it up to get it to melt. But my server was good.

Always enjoy eating here with my husband for Date Night. Food is always great and I always like the Louisiana Sirloin because it's just delicious. Service with our last visit was absolutely in place!

Lunch was great… got a spinach artichoke dip to go .. never ever do that again. Half cup of dip for $9.99. Not even half what you get when dining inside. Would love to share the picture.
