You lost a long time customer today. We tried to order twice on Uber Eats. When we received the notice that you were out of an item we could not even update the order with a replacement item. We tried to call the restaurant but there was no answer all three times, and both orders ending up cancelling on their own.

Great bagels, great customer service. On a take out order I got the wrong order. Sucks that I couldn?t call them to refund me the difference, so I had to drive back. But they immediately gave me the correct one and a sugar cookie I can give to the wife and daughter. Excellent.

We used to love it here but the service has gone down hill. The last 3 times we've ordered a breakfast sandwich they've forgotten the egg! The fact this keeps happening is frustrating and we will go somewhere else for breakfast.

End of school year and I wanted to show my appreciation to OES!! The manager was AWESOME ????. The staff loved the box!! Of course I had to grab a snack for myself as well??????????!!

Absolutely great place for breakfast! Great selection of sandwiches. Good coffee. Friendly prices. Good atmosphere inside
