There is one main reason why I am rating NY Cupcakery 5 stars.. the service. Sure the cupcakes taste good. Sure they look like cupcakes but the service is what really sets them apart. I am absolutely going to be a returning customer and recommend this place to friends. I called the morning of my gender reveal to order cupcakes in pink and blue frosting. I was immediately told that they can do what I wanted and needed in a short time frame. My husband later went to go pick up the cupcakes and when he returned I noticed that some of the cupcakes were the wrong flavor. I called and asked what we can do. The gentlemen I spoke with personally delivered the corrected cupcakes right in time for my party while having a smile on his face. I am grateful for him and for his understanding of how important this day was for me. He understood I was a stressed mom with another baby on the way and he made sure I was happy and got exactly what I expected. Thank YOU (I am sorry I never actually got his name). I appreciate you! I appreciate what you did for us! I will definitely be returning with 1 hungry toddler and 1 hungry mama to be (again)

The most incredible people work in this charming business that makes the most amazing goodies. They only restored my faith in humanity a bit when they went out of their way to help me in an emergency after a UberEats supply disaster. Not only do they really make the most delicious desserts (there is nothing here that is not amazing), but Elisa (or perhaps Alyssa) was so helpful and compassionate and I will sing their praise for all I know. This small cupcakery is great on heart, the most incredible designs and tastes.

Custom ordered desserts for a recent event. You did AMAZING! The theme was blue pumpkin and it was spot on. Most importantly, everything was sooo delicious. Honestly so delicious. Lucky to have them in my neighborhood for something like this or whatever smaller opportunity. Would definitely recommend it again and very much. Thank you.

Wow. I just ate a Boston cream cup of cake and my mouth is so fucking happy! I ate it and forget to make a picture of it. I think it means I have to stop a purchase soon. Thank you. See you NY Cupcakery. P.S. my wife had a strawberry blonde and she loved it too!

Love this Bakery. Have ordered several cakes... special orders and regular. never disappointed. We ordered my daughter's first birthday cake and it was nice. It was a custom order.
