Number 7 The Cafe

Overall a very nice pub/hotel, room was very nice even if situated next to a Lidl, breakfast in the morning was lovely, slightly overshadowed by smoke alarm going off at 6.30am, manager asked if I had used a deodorant!! I told her that there would be no point in me doing that as I was about to have a shower and would have been a total waste. She was polite enough and again, lovely breakfast. Rooms: Room was cosy and spacious and excellent en suite. Nearby activities: Not a great deal to do really, no nightlife etc in area Food drinks: Great friendly pub atmosphere, do not serve an evening meal on Monday or Tuesday evening (when I stayed) nearest Weatherspoon 7.5 miles away, chip shop over the road however. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3

Food drinks: Having lived in Crewkerne for some time nowand never even going into The GeorgeI was happily surprised when we did! A friend from out of town and I went in for a glass of vino. Finding the wait staff very friendly and helpful, we decided to return later and have a meal. After chatting with Manager Roseann and bartender Katy we chose Fish Chipshot, delicious and plentiful (Katy makes her own batter-light and crispy) Great job! Was okay to stay for working away on a budget but not really somewhere I would take the wife. Thought I would of had my own ghost with my room but not really seen anything out of the ordinary. Walk in wardrobe was cramped and the comfort 2000 didn't work lol. Food drinks: Food was reasonably and was good. Happy hour is 4pm till 7pm Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Great value
