Noodles Company

This is absolutely the worst noodles and company I’ve ever been to. I live closest to this one, however I will go all the way to the one by the mall instead because the service and the food is 100% better. Last time I will ever come to the one on Lexington. The people here are absolutely just rude and disrespectful. Came in during lunch and stood by the counter for 10 mins and not one person was there. After a while a young blonde girl came and walked up to the counter and just stared at me until I ordered. I just said “really??” And she said “ I was in the bathroom” no apology NOTHING. Took my friends order and then walked away not even giving me time to order. Customer service these days is just getting worse and worse. STOP hiring apathetic teens who aren’t trained on how to greet a customer or even say hello. I’ve never even seen another customer inside this noodles. It’s like everyone noodles is completely careless and clueless.Just shut it down. She also made the food and it was absolutely disgusting, and bland and not even filled like it normally is from ANY other noodles. Soda machine needs some TLC from the staff, button was dirty and sticks as well as the cleanliness of the ice lever area. From the look of it they were overwhelmed with online orders, I could see the order screen they use and it always had 8 or so orders on there. Staff looked very tired, staffing seems to be problem everywhere, and that may be the case here. If they had 1 more person staffed, i'd guess the place would be much cleaner.It's still a good place to eat but be aware the dining area may not be as clean as it could be.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff was here! Never expect too much at fast service and it was lovely enough to make me stop and want to write them a note! Noodles were really good too. Great experience today at this location way to go noodles team. It was our first order here. We ordered for a takeout. The food was really bad. One of the dish is awful with no taste at all. Not sure if we did not know what to order from here. But ended up up with a bad food experience.
