We specifically reserved at the bar to see the preparation of the dishes, as usual whenever there is that possibility. Kitchen permanently sanitized, Chef, Sous Chef and other cooks constantly taking care of the cleanliness of work stations, tools and their own hands. 5 stars for that. The product is local, fresh and of high quality, handled and plated with care and dedication. A fusion of flavors that does not mask the taste of the main product of the dish, that is, the fish is undoubtedly the dominant flavor and then the notes of the dressing, the sauce, etc. are felt. The team is focused, well coordinated and with a professional and friendly treatment among themselves and towards the client. I am an assumed gourmandise and one of my favorite cuisines is sushi and sashimi. That is why I recommend you, without a doubt, Niño Corvo. A place to repeat!

Creo que fui con las expectativas muy altas. El local está bien, la atención correcta. Estuvimos en barra, el concepto es diferente pero lo cierto es que estás comiendo al lado de desconocidos. El menú sorpresa estuvo bien en general, todo a base de pescado como nos esperábamos, con la elaboración in situ. Personalmente se me hizo un poco repetitivo, muchos rollitos de arroz y pusieron el mismo pescado en varios platos aunque preparado de formas diferentes. Por el precio esperaba algo más de postre.

Ubicado en la zona vieja de Vigo, fuimos recomendados a este restaurante. Se trata de un local peculiar, con una decoración fundamentalmente marinera. Se trata de un local divertido y animado. La carta es atractiva, y la comida buena (no perfecta pero rica). La chica que nos atendió es muy amable y divertida. Merece la pena conocerlo.
