New York Gyro - Reservar uma mesa

This is my First and last experience at this establishment. I called a pick up order in at 11:12 am for 3 chicken gyros and 3 small fries, the lady that took my call said it would be 20 minutes for my order to be complete. I got busy at work and ended up getting to New York Gyro at 11:55 am. At which point i told the lady that was working by herself that i was here for my pickup of 3 gyros. She proceded to look at me like a deer in headlights and said oh yeah sorry i honestly didnt even start your order yet.............this was my first visit to this place and what a terrible experience it was i walked out and ended up getting wawa instead. Im not looking for any freebies or sympothy simply stating this was a horrible experience and for someone ordering lunch who is on a time crunch this is not how your business should be ran.. And to add to this i saw a review about hair in the food and a response from the owner saying you guys wear gloves and hair nets. the lady did not have gloves on or a hair net when she was handling the food

Let me just say I've been waiting for them to reopen and my oh my they did not disappoint!! The food was fresh as ever its so clean inside very spacious now the music playing was definitely a great touch as well. Carlos is awesome I absolutely love his hospitality and nikki (sorry if im misspelling it) but nikki was so sweet and made sure to give me everything i wanted which is always a plus its rare when cooks can follow cooking directions on a steak but yes baby girl did her thing with it, if i could give them 10 stars i would. I recommend everyone to stop by and get yourself some platters I promise you wont be disappointed.

Nothing was fresh, meat was chewy, rice was old and hard. Somehow the rice was also crunchy!!?? Used to be amazing when it first opened. NOT ANYMORE.Never coming back

Dry chicken… flavorless food. Nobody orders from this dump. Waste of money. Went right across the street to Crispy Spice halal that place is awesome

Love love the food it was good.. the lamb and chicken was fresh.. everything seasoned well..?? praise Allah management is back
