New Hong Kong City

Despite the loud ambientes, we have been customers of hong kong city for many years. Unfortunately we have experienced the worst restaurant experience today./ we asked for a table with a hand gesture for people and were led to a larger relatiw table after a short discussion between the waiters, of whom table we offer. they decided on the bigger table because we have a baby. the restaurant was busy, but not packed./ we sat there for one and they gave us space for and took our food order. while we waited for the food to arrive, one of the first waiters came by and asked if we were to expect more people. we said no, and he was immediately calmed and told us that we had not asked for a bigger table when they walk out of big tables. we told him that we did not ask for it at all, but gave it to him and another waiter. he stormed and complained to his associates and manager about us. He came back and said rudely that they walk out of great tables. we asked him what he wants us to do it, and he said nothing when we were sitting there now, and we simply cause inconvenience as they run out of great tables. we tried to explain to him that we didn't ask for it, and he just told us to sit down and it's good. he went back with his manager who explained to him that we are in order to have a bigger table as we have a baby, but he still came back to say that they ran out of great tables, through which we felt very unpleasant, unwilling and angry about his attitude and behavior. to deteriorate the things, he asked if I could speak Chinese (as I am Chinese) and said we should not be upset and create a scene as the foreigners watch us and make us embarrass. I explained to him that it has nothing to do with the race, but he was really rude and had to deal better with the situation. he then accused us again, consciously asking for a bigger table. at this point we just wanted to go and demand that we pay for everything that was boiled, and he said that we don't have to pay because he had no problem with us now, why should we want to go? He then began screaming and called to tell his manager that it was his fault and he should be the one who apologizes, etc. when we went, it got so bad that the whole restaurant looked at him and his manager and he still cried at the top of his lungs when his coworker pushed him into the kitchen./ this is definitely not something we our children would want to see about what would have been a nice meal and day out.

if I could give an evaluation less than I would. the visit itself was manic and extremely disappointing. my friend and I visited with our daughters and immediately noticed that the employees were extremely rude, unfriendly and not helpful. because of a wedding... they sounded music (techno music), but the music gradually became louder and louder and at the end so loud that we were not able to keep a conversation as we could not hear. we had to sit out of ours to help us, as all the workers would go by, even if they saw that they tried to draw attention. as we mentioned, we wanted the buffet that made our daughters stand up in the middle of the restaurant, and measured them to ensure that they are not above the height of the child. they are and both felt extremely embarrassing about doing it. after eating we wanted to leave asap due to such bad experience, but again we were ignored. then we had to get up and run around to find someone to pay the bill. bill paid and went, but some days later noticed that the full bill amount was taken twice. I called them and they asked to send about the proof, so sent a screenshot of account, they said then was not good enough, so took statement to the shop and was told again that this was not good enough and they must wait for the manager. it went back and forth for about half an hour, and ended up in them to refund my money, despite me physically proves to the restaurant itself and told me when they refund it takes weeks. at the end I had to contact my bank to return my money, as hong kong denied the city to repay my money. Never!

a family of thirty visited the restaurant that was previously booked. we arrived, but I don't think they realized we were a color family. the manager asked to speak with my son and said that the appeal was open. our tables, because he doesn't know if we'll pay. he was the only one who started screaming and being very rude. we just wanted to know why the sudden change. we have set ourselves and waited for our food. I went to the gents when I saw the same manager coughing on the tellers of the food he wore, watching that it was placed on one of our tables and so we went. never in my life I have experienced such a bigotry in a restaurant and want others to realize that it does not all its seem with people of color if their face does not fit. it was all about money in this.

I had a really bad experience in this restaurant today. the short boss was so rude to me that it was incredible. I would never come again. they never go to eat there when it is the festive season. you are treated like dirt. I'm so many years in the restaurant trade, but never saw anything like that. so disappointed by my new year lunch. I had made a booking and when I arrived there was no table. I and my family waited for minutes before I chased the table, the short manager called me in front of all customers. I never felt so despised. pretty customer service from the manager.

come here for the birthday dinners of my daughter was quickly cooked and was delicious, the customer service was great and we were very satisfied with our visit and will return.
