Nando's - Reservar uma mesa

Second bad experience at the same restaurant. First was appox an year ago when cashier refused to reedem points in Nandos loyalty card and today when asked for extra extra basting didnt come with extra basting. When asked staff for extra basting on chicken, staff member replied that its going to cost additional $1.95. I was dining in and food was already on my table. I said i am requesting to put on top of chicken and the reply was that is extra basting and if you want more you have to pay. I have never experienced that in any Nandos restaurant. I have been eating Nandos for over 15 years starting from brisbane, melbourne and in sydney. It is not about $2, its about customer service and fullfil the order that was requested. Why he didnt charge me when i was ordering and requested extra extra basting? Why he didnt say when i was ordering, hey look if u want extra basting its additional $1.95? Paid $35 for whole chicken, chips and a drink, you think i wouldnt pay $2 for extra basting if informed? Dissapointed. Staff was rude, not going to this restaurant ever again!

I love nandos and this is the restaurant I go for it most often. The food is always cooked really quick and there is very rarely and issue with it. However, you sometimes stand at an empty counter for a couple of minutes before getting served (I guess this is probably because they prepare your food so quickly) so I don't mind too much about that. One complaint I do have however, is that the restaurant is always dirty. Most of the time we need to move dirty plates to another table just to get a table to eat at, So maybe employ a floor person.

We always buy takeaway for dinner from this Nandos. We always buy 2 whole chicken.When we bought the other night, Im quite amused there is a box of "peri-cetamol" inside. It spoofed the panadol box.It has 3 sachets of sauce inside. Well you would hope. When I opened it, it only has 1 i inside.We hoped the 2 whole chickens still has sauce on it like how they are everytime we buy. But nope! It has no sauce. So how can you have 1 sachet of 25g sauce when you have 2 whole chickens?Not happy Nandos!!

have to tell that don't burn the chicken, otherwise, part of the grille chicken burned black. good source of carbon, and potential cancer causing foods.

Good food and pricing. The burger I had was delicious and with a great sauce. They have a good range on the menu
