I asked to be seated at 11:23 The manager on duty said yes and walked away. I sat myself. He did not give me a menu or even ask if I’d like a glass of water. I had to ask a kitchen worker if I could have a drink or a menu. It was 7 minutes until open. Allowing a customer to sit in your restaurant and walk away is awful and poor service. 12:38 rolled around and still no one on the floor. Knowing you just sat a customer 15 minutes prior . Still nothing. No menu and not one employee on the floor. I walked out of the restaurant, found a kitchen worker on his cell phone in the outside area. He went and got the manager. He was cocky and rude and had zero cares in the works that there was a upset customer. He shrugged it off and said well we weren’t open. Sorry and rolled his eyes. He did not try to make it right at all . Absolutely awful customer service. I am a server and I am at the table within 2 minutes. I will never return.
