Mosel Dining Facility

Nothing beats chow hall breakfast! I joined the Air Force because of a family day at the Aviano AB where i got to eat at the chow hall. I was sold ha ha. That was 1977. Joined the Air Force in 86 and stayed 22 years loving chow hall food. Loved spangdahlem Mosel Dining Facility too. Air Force cooks are the best, don’t know why people complain about this good food

Pleasant dining experience overall. The airmen who cook on the line really care about the quality of food that they prepare, and the civilians are the same. Amazing breakfast and midnight chow, lunch and dinner are hit or miss.

We feed there for Thanksgiving this year, and the food was excellent. We just want the coffee machine to work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food: 5 Service: 5 atmosphere: 5.
