Monty's Brasserie

I went to this restaurant expecting it to offer only neo British cuisine, but was pleasantly surprised to find a separate vegetarian menu. The ambience of the place is similar to a typical restaurant, with the added bonus of private dining options for larger groups. For my starters, I tried the marinated herb tomatoes (they also had pakoras!) and for my main course, I had a delicious goat cheese and roasted vegetable wellington (they also offered curry and basmati rice). The goat cheese was perfectly done and melted in my mouth with every bite. The restaurant has a large wine list with amazing options. Located in a beautiful part of the city, this restaurant exceeded my expectations.
