Montana's Cookhouse

This restaurant opened 6 months ago and it's DIRTY! Filthy glasses and plates. Our table was beyond sticky and the waitress couldn't find a cloth to wipe it so she used a wet nap! It took 10 minutes for her to come back to take our drink order. It was busy and they were clearly understaffed. She was unfriendly and unhelpful! Had a feeling to get up and leave, we should have! Caesar salad tasted like plastic and found a dead fly mixed in with the dressing. Our steaks were cold but at this point we were so hungry we ate them anyway. When we finally got our bill I couldn't believe that we were still being charged for the salad.I asked to speak to the manager who seemed annoyed and uninterested in our complaint. He has very poor customer service skills.The best bit of food we had were the 2 suckers we grabbed on our way out the door.Save your money and go elsewhere!

This place is a sinking ship! After 10 minutes of being seated without being acknowledged (2 servers passed our table without saying a word) my wife had to ask a hostess if we could order drinks. Chairs and tables were not clean. Garbages overflowing onto the floor. Fork had dried cheese on it or atleast we think it was cheese!No paper towel in washrooms. Wonder what their kitchen may look like --- SCARY.Medium steaks were overdone. We had ordered an appetizer that was never received! When we mentioned it to the waitress she just laughed and said well do you still want it?Manager very unpleasant.There are simply too many other great restaurant options to ever consider returning to this location for a fourth time!

When they get there stuff together, it will be a very nice addition to the City Of Charlottetown, still a work in Progress. they are getting the food down! very good meals, now they have to weed out the good staff from the terrible! we had the worst waitress ever! was having a bad day to say the very least. When an 11 year old make several comments on the waitress .thats not good!

Went in for supper and even though they were busy the staff were very friendly and super helpful with the menu. Lots of great choices, can't wait to go back!

Everything was delicious! We had a large group and they were very accommodating. Will definitely come back!
