Montana's Bbq Bowmanville

We came in around 3:30 on Saturday September 30, our server was Kara. She started our fine, but as she was asking questions my husband was answering and she cut him off mid sentence a few times, then when the bill was brought she just plopped the debit machine down in front of him, he then handed it over to me because he pays cash. I then said can I please give you my Cara Card as I was cancelling the machine. Her exacted words were “ Well I guess you can since you cancelled the machine”. I informed her I cancelled the machine because we pay cash.After she came back with my Cara Cars she hovered at the table while we were paying and trying to have a conversation about her tip. Needless to say she made us very uncomfortable. I am a server also, and when I give a guest the bill, I step aside to give them privacy to do what they need done.I found her very unprofessional.Our time at your place was not very enjoyable.

Fries were not hot. The brisket on my burger was too chewy to chew through. Flavour of the food was just ok. No complaints about the service though. The waitress was very good.

Kara was absolutely amazing! The food was so good. We were a party of 7…all food came out at the same time and everything was hot and delicious!

Service was great from, Kara! Enjoyed the food. She was amazing with our kids. We will definitely be back!
