We informed the waitress it was our first time there, and the waitress explained to us how it worked. However, she did a horrible job. When you 're ready go up to the buffet and fill your bowl and take it to the grill .We ordered our drinks (Dr. Pepper and a water) then when up to the buffet. When the bill came we were charged for 2 soft drinks and one us for the mega buffet, we pointed it out and they correct the drink but then informed us it was extra if you went up again. Since they don 't have a menu and we informed the waitress it was our first time I really think this is something she should have told us.Also as we were leaving I heard another waitress asking if anyone has allergies as they 'll prepare the grill for you. Again we weren 't asked this. Very disappointed with our waitress.
I love mongos. The idea to build your own plate is brilliant.The most recent visit was lacking in customer service though, it wasn't very busy but our server was so busy cleaning she wasn't available when we needed her to be, and it looked as though the other workers weren't doing much of anything which was why she was so busy.I ended up helping myself to the service station and getting my table waters because we had been waiting for 10 minutes.Needless to say, we don't go here for the service.
very fun dining experience, delicious food! you can make your own custom dish and then watch them fry it for you. the staff was very friendly, our server was Brendon (or Brendan I can't remember, sorry Branden) and he was helpful in getting us started and giving us tips, very attentiveVegetarian options: they have clearly listed vegetarian options
Only place to go for the best stir fry you’ll ever have! Best meal!! Fun to watch your food being made on that unique grill!Great atmosphere, wonderful waitress (thank-you for the wonderful hospitality and service)!A little steep for price, but it was our late lunch while we were on vacation and my child loves going here!
