"It was our favorite buffet restaurant, but now with a new owner(this location only) the food quality went down the hill. Snow crab legs used to be bigger, sashimi dishes are empty most of the time, sushi rolls are horrible. Looks like the new owner hired all new sushi chefs."

Update: Yes, they are still open. Disregard all the people saying they are closed they have no clue. Food is still as good as ever. They did revamp their Hibachi a bit so you can select all the ingredients yourself now. I love Minado chain. I used to go to one in Pennsylvania a lot, when I was in the area, and was very happy to find one not too far away in NJ as well. Sushi is very good quality here. Not sushi restaurant quality, of course, but then again, it's not what you are paying for. During dinner, there are crab legs, which people seem to love. Personally, I go for the sushi, salads, and hot food.

The atmosphere at this all-you-can eat buffet was pleasant. There was plenty of space on this weekday evening. The food was presented nicely, and there were a fair number of options. The food dishes were getting low as I was there in the later evening. There was still plenty for me to have a satisfactory meal. The sushi bar had some delicious options. May not be the best choice if you are looking for a budget dinner: Paid $32.45 pre-tax, pre-tip per person for a weekday dinner. But it's a pleasant atmosphere and has tasty food if that's in your price range.

We make a pilgrimage every year to Minado's for my sister's birthday. Mostly for the crab legs. While I know it's not the best in the world, for a seafood buffet, it's good and we enjoy it. Lots of dishes to choose from, cold and hot. The grill station offers some good choices as well. I also eat like 10 green tea cakes before I leave.

3 stars for food. Sushi is good, but takes forever for Salmon rolls to come out. Customers act as if they’ve never eaten salmon and restaurant slows down the serving as if customers don’t pay enough. All clams had sand in them today, poor quality. Other dishes are clean and tasteful. Extra star for good service. Just being fair.
