UPDATE: The GM came out and we had a great conversation. I am confident to say that they do not want customers to have this kind of experience. I felt heard and reaffirmed in my experience and they corrected the situation thanks to the guidance of the restaurant - not the woman I originally spoke with. Thank you. Gift for the urgently needed call and thank Casey for being friendly and solving the problem of food order later at night when we had to call back. What happened: I had such a negative experience with Miller's Ale House. I ordered from here many times and never had a problem like tonight. First: The WAREN. My friend ordered a chicken casar salad that came without chicken. What? Then they put my ribs and mash potatoes together so that everything is together. Was not the end of the world, but when I followed the restaurant I was very disappointed. THE CALL: So we come out to notify the restaurant of the mistake so that it can be rectified, but the woman I spoke with was rude and had a decent sound. Even if we did not order via DoorDash (we have ordered the restaurant's website that never redirected me to the DD), she says that it is on DoorDash who picked it up. Okay? That didn't make any sense because I've never been redirected to DD's website, so I rested that we ordered the restaurant. Instead of politely explaining how the restaurant DD uses without a customer placing the order through DD, she repeated what she said in the most convenient, not helpful way. Customers do not deserve to feel as if they could not ask questions about clarity, especially if the restaurant got the order wrong.
