Millennium - Reservar uma mesa

We arrived two hours before the hour and the hostess kept our business well while we were going to lunch. We could have taken the room an hour before. a bath sheet was stained, the top fridge didn't work. wc very little provided: 2 small soaps, 2 small shower gel. and that's it. otherwise, the staff was very pleasant and benevolent. It would be a 3 star hotel, not 4.

Necesita algunas mejoras. El servicio de recepción está bien con las chicas, el chico que estaba durante las dos noches que estuve, no se le ve muy animado en el trabajo y le falta un poco de simpatía con los clientes. Por lo demás bien. Los desayunos correctos.

The service person opened the door to clean us, without touching... it's supposed that if I have the room delivery at 12:00 p.m. they shouldn't go in like this without more...

the big towels were missing in the room, it is not understood as compared to what is charged per night here. otherwise correct.
