Mille Vini - Reservar uma mesa

I thought about this rating over night...Italian restaurant's need to lead with their pasta offering and unfortunately, the duck ragu pappardelle was very average.Pasta was fine, not great but at least fresh made. The ragu was not great and very very watery which was a shame and the duck flavour was lost.We also had the octopus which was BRILLIANT to be fair and worlds apart from the pasta.Possibly we would try again, however, I'm not sure we would as value for money was missing and we've had better for less more than once. Service was also hit and miss, most staff very friendly and warm and one male who seemed annoyed to be at work.

The food and the wine was very good! I had the pappardelle, and it was cooked to perfect and the noodles were tender and clearly home made. The wine paired perfectly with the food. I just wish we would have received better service. Our waiter made us feel like serving us was a burden to him. Rather than helping us he was chatting with the kitchen staff. Luckily one of the other employees noticed and helped us for the remainder of our meal. I would definitely recommend this place! I just hope you don't get the same server we had.

O serviço é ruim. Um dos garçom diz para mim quando eu pergunto se há bruschetta (em um restaurante italiano?!), "Você vê isso no menu" e rolar o olho. Quando pergunto se há relés de cerveja pálida "Somos uma barra de vinhos" é terrível também. 32 dólar risoto gosto como comida de bar. Não recomendado

Beautifully presented tasty dishes - a bit different from your usual Italian fare! There were a couple of vegetarians in our group, and there were plenty of dishes for them to choose from. I loved the zucchini fritters, cod beignets and chicken maccheroni.

Loved the Salumi bar .. and the Venison tartare with the Fantini Sangiovese ... delicious..  Staff friendly, great knowledge of wines  and attentive. Will be back for sure.
