so much it's nice to celebrate a start with a chic eating in a plough environment, really when it comes to eating, for me it's all about the taste. I have never ever left a restaurant that is satisfied where eating is satisfied, but the environment is glamorous, so for me, it is really over taste first line and the rest is a beautiful little cherry on the head. and for hubby this is even more the case, as his birthday approached and he decided that he was a kebab fancied, naja, who I was to argue. (belief, I tried, but it's his day after. the goal was to find one of the best in london and he announced with conviction that this south london secret was one of the best. even at a week-night it was heaving and there were slang of those who had not booked unwise before. on a road that they would never think to find great food, this device, which has a very loyal order, serves excellent, huge portions meals with authentic Turkish aromes for a king. the interieur is certainly not insulting in any way they can see the chefs hard at work, it is clean, tables are quite close together and it is very a family-oriented place, noisy and a little crowded, but as I said they come for eating. the meal times are brought out quite quickly, so turnaround time is fast, although they certainly did not try to rush us after the end. the order of both start and netzen was a mistake. the aromen were fantastic, but the portions were only huge, so the half of my main course became my lunch for the next day. they have no problem asking for a doggy bag. always a fan of the saltiness of Halloumi cheese, I went for the very sinful fried hellim for the starter, before I tried one of their pizza style dishes for the main course. I had not heard from Turkish pizza a thin layer of brot with a tasted lamb, green pfeffer, swirling and tomaten and served with a little salat. it was hugely filling and absolutely venerable. I am creepy when it comes to the nearby east and the Turkish cuisine, as I have lived in this part of the world, and this is one of the best places in london for it. the pizza courts above all, were a novelty for me, as I have not yet come over this. I was a little disappointed that they had run out of baklava and had no real dessert options that they could offer us this day, as I am part of a small piece of this sweet tasty with a Turkish coffee, but if I think I took the half of my main course home with me, this was probably a wise choice. the bill was pleasantly reasonable and the service was friendly, fast and efficient. we will return here again if we are in the mood for a hearty, cost-effective and well-flavoured eating.
Absolutely delicious as always. Outstanding service, good size portions actually I took some home, well pleased , affordable prices and superb all in all experience. Can’t wait to come back. My 4 years old absolutely loved it too. Especially chef who grilled our food to perfection and had a nice chat with my daughter. Thank you to all team who looked after us. We will see you very soon.
one of the best kebabs I had in london! only randomly seen timeout article on lewisham and she recommended this restaurant so I gave it an attempt. armed around 10ish in the night and it was busy, that is definitiw a good sign. I had lahmacun, a thin pizza with chopped lamb and cubed kebab. the kebab was very delicate and juicy and the lahmacun was warm and tasty. Come back soon!
Visited this evening, and felt comfortable from the second we arrived until we left. Food was excellent and the attention shown from the staff was perfectly balanced, allowing us to feel unrushed, but looked after. Got to say, one of our most enjoyable meals in London.
