After we had spent four weeks holiday in Germany, we only had to return to dinner in the Mediterranean in mainz because my wife and I loved this restaurant and his Mediterranean cuisine from the beginning. this time we met friends there after we had agreed to dinner with them and we enjoyed our stay in the Mediterranean. excellent dining, a beautiful wine selection, the wonderful atmosphere and the absolutely friendly and competent service made our dinner one of the culinary highlights of our Mainz stay. I had wonderful gnocchi, absolutely fresh, and of course also the vitello tonnato of the restaurant I love so. Of course we also give the chef in the kitchen many compliments. these people know how to run a good restaurant, and Mediterranean is in the did a wonderful restaurant. I can recommend this beautiful restaurant as fine as myself, the gourmets in mainz and elsewhere only warmly. it is such a good place to sit with her loved ones and to eat. next year we are back in Germany, where will we eat again shortly after our arrival?

I connect my childhood with this restaurant. the chef has changed at some point, but the quality of eating has not deteriorated. here you get everything your heart desires, lasagna and pasta dishes as delicious as pizza dishes, salads, desserts or appetizers. Moreover, the waiters are really funny and friendly and stay at the table to keep a chat here and there that I like to pay extra with a small tipp. the restaurant is super well maintained, neat, clean, so also the toilets.

we have eaten on a Sunday evening in the Mediterranean, the small restaurant was almost full and very full. we were served efficiently but very friendly, the food and the drinks came fast and were very nice. we would definitely eat back here.

The food is very tasty, the service is very friendly. In summer there is even the possibility to sit outside, but still shielded directly on the main road. In winter, the somewhat muffy smell in the entrance area and in the basement disturbs.

we drove around this place and wanted to have a nice, light dinner. small place and neat. the food was quickly prepared and the portion was in order! I really recommend. price is correct!
