Such a disappointment to not be treated as a valued customer. Always refuse to serve and always directed to the order kiosks even when paying by cash and using a voucher so always have to return to the counter and invariably, the kiosks won't even take the order. It's soooo frustrating and unnecessary. Dislike this McDonalds immensely!

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. How can they call it ‘fast food’ when you have to wait 30 minutes for your order! They prioritise Uber/Just eat orders so you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for anything!

absolutely the best I've ever been. my food was hot, well prepared. cleanliness absolutely no1. not to compare with london. toilet as in the hotel. many thanks and gratitude to all staff. keep her smile.
