Mcdonald's Restaurants

I was visiting Lancaster... On this particular day I was feeling peckish. So I decided to pop into McDonald's on Arrival the staff we're standing around on the restaurant floor... You could clearly see how dirty it was table's full of trays over filled bins upstairs toilets absolutely disgusting! I've visited this store over a few years whilst in Lancaster... I remember it when it was spotlessly clean very inviting comfy fresh... I remember the 2 lovely lady's very mature and always greeting talking if I can remember I'm sure there name's we're Sara Lyndsey... It seems today the restraunte floor is run by young children it's not child friendly... Bring back the old mcdonalds lovely staff balloon modeling.. Cleanliness all you see now is staff standing around... Customer care skills are terrible.. I still see Sara... But not the other lady Lyndsey.. It's a shame they made a fantastic team... You could very easily see they had a close special working bond.

Popped in for a toffee latte with my friend around 5 when not too busy, wait a while for it to come, took a sip and realised that it was just a regular latte, went back to the till to say sorry you’ve just given me a regular latte. The girl took it from me with a rude look on her face and gave it to the boy in the bevy cell, think his name was Tom or Adam. He took it smelled it and laughed and continued to get very angry that I gave it back, I then saw him put TEN pumps of toffee syrup into my regular drink. As a McDonald’s employee of another branch I know it’s around 4 pumps max. Got given it and it was undrinkable, just pure syrup. Couldn’t complain as I had a train to catch. No need for such rudeness, everyone makes mistakes and it wasn’t busy so he could of easily remake it nicely. Not the kind of service you would want or expect off anyone. Very disappointed.

Raw pig not for me ! Some snotty nosed kid said it was precooked ! The fat was white ! The advert shows it well done ! I gave it back and went to bills ! Burgers ! They av meat

Just an average maca D's I don't like this order at a screen and pay by card especially when the tables are not numbered. And having security guard on the door .

Every time I order a happy meal online, I am asked if I want a toy or book. I always ask for a book but never get one
